YumMy...

Yum...Yumm!
I was just too 'free' to read through the recipe and i got this yummy dinner tonight!



I dunno what it calls, but it is definitely chinese stlye pork chop!


How does it look? Hmm...may not look very nice BUT is really tasty!I havent ate tasty pork chop long long time ler....
So touched! Haha!
It's easy to make! Not need long preparation time.

For those who want to try and make it, you need:

Ingredients:
- Pork chop
- Red chilli
- Scallion
- Red onion
- Mushrooms (optional)

Marinade with:
- Oyster sauce (3 tblsp)
- Sesame oil (1 tsp)

Sauce:
- Soy sauce (3 tblsp) >depends on how salty u like
- Water (2 tblsp)
- Sugar (1 tbsp)
- Cornstarch (1/2 tsp)
*Prepare the sauce first instead of just adding it when you cook (just to make easier)

Methods:
- Marinade the pork chop for at least 20 minutes
- Slice red chilli (remove the seeds), red onion, scallion and mushrooms
- Fry the pork chop until it is 80% cooked
- Quick fry the onion, mushrooms and scallion in the hot oil
- Put pork chop in and stir fry them then put chilli
- When the pork chop is almost cooked, put the sauce
- It is done when the pork chop is cooked!
