Lam Fung @ JB City Square

Lam Fung is so so so gorgeous!!!
Lam Fung had 3D 2N trip to Malaysia from 10th July...He was promoting the Poweroot Alicafe...
He was finally showing in JB yesterday in City Square!
My sister and I, of course, had planned to see Lam Fung!
Honesty, I was so excited as this would be the first time for me meeting Lam Fung!
We went CS around 12pm (Lam Fung would only show up on 2.30pm), there were many people sitting in line waiting for Lam Fung! (I thought we would be the first...Haha)
Wanna signature from your idol?
Very easy! Buy any two packet of Poweroot drinks then you would be given Lam Fung's poster then you can have his signature on the poster!
Terms and Conditions: 1. One poster per person
2. Only poster of Poweroot (No other photos or albums as he came
to promote Alicafe)

This fanmeeting undoubtedly sponsored by the Poweroot and hosted by FM98.8. We had two cute and funny emcee - Ah Lok & Ah Kian.

Yala, this is the stage...

Close up of Lam Fung's image~

They had this game while waiting for Lam Fung ===> Coffee drinking competition

That white shirt's uncle was funny! He thought he had finished the coffee then he turned the tin around on his head.............the residual actually "bathed" him! Poor uncle...

Those special people who could sit on the chairs were Lam Fung's fan club members. They actually came all the way here from KL ler!

Can you actually see the crowd? There were more upstairs!
How charming Lam Fung is!

Even little boy Lam Fung's fan!

As time closer to Lam Fung's arrival, the fan club member blew the whistle and we shouted Lam Fung's name! You know, that's the way to welcome Lam Fung ====> Whistled two times then "LAM FUNG". So cool ler!

Welcome the superstar *drum drum*
LAM FUNG!

OMG! He is so so so so handsome ler!!!!!!!!!

The emcee asked him a few questions for us (the fans)......... Obviously, people asked if he has girlfriend (not creative at all, we always read this from newspaper and Lam Fung had said it thousands times!!!!!!!!!!!!)! The next question was much more creative la!
So, when is Lam Fung gonna have his concert in JB?
Lam Fung: I'm currently having full schedule and I'll have a new Mandarin album end of this year hopefully. Concert ma...will need to see my schedule but don't worry I will definitely have a concert in Malaysia!
How sweet is the answer!

It's now the autograph time! See, the crowd (I was one of the crowd lol).......So squeezing!

Take a break after 10 minutes autographing... Lam Fung was good enough that he promised to sign all the posters (meaning all the fans in the crowd will get his autograph!), the condition was not to squeeze, follow the line to avoid people getting hurt... How sweet he is!

Continue second round...
Lam Fung is very friendly lo! He will look and smile at each fan when signing the posters. I actually talked to Lam Fung! So happy! I said "Lam Fung, ga yao", he looked at me and said "Do tze" then smiled at me again when handed the poster to me! Oh my goodness, I'm soooooo happy, he looked at me twice!!!!!!!! heehee...

Lam Fung signed on every poster very patiently...

Finally.... Finished signing!
Poor Lam Fung...his hand must be shivering now...

Before Lam Fung's leaving, chit chat something!
Bye bye Lam Fung~ Please please please come again next time!

Before we're going home, took some photos with our lovely emcee...
This is Ah Kian la!

This is the super funny one==> Ah Lok!

Must show off my Lam Fung's signed poster! Wakakakaka!

Close up especially for you la!

Okla! It was such a happy day! My mum asked me if I really saw him! OF COURSE LA! I WAITED THERE LER! Haha!

What can I say?

All I can say is SAD SAD SAD!!!!!!!!!
Bye bye English AGAIN...
I know YOU have been with us for six years...too bad some people think YOU didn't actually help much in the learning!
Ok fine! People...since you have decided to 'kick' English away in your education system then what's the point of the meeting? M thought it was going to be a discussion meeting on this issue...But see what the meeting actually was! You guys just wanted to inform that you have kicked English away! Then don't even organised that meeting! Just announce what you have already DECIDED!
Arguments have been 'flying' everywhere since yesterday. I know some people are happy with this decision. But have you guys think of the long term effect?
Well, I bet everyone is very clear that English is the international language. You can communicate with others wherever you are if you can speak English!
Honestly, I am so so so disagree with the termination of English use in teaching science and math. I understand that primary school children may have the problem in learning if their English level is not good...Come on, if you want your child to speak fluent English then you should let them to learn earlier in their lives! Childhood is the golden time to learn a second language!
You guys said teach science and math in mother language in primary school and increase the time for english learning as to underpin children's english. Fine, I can still accept this...
The biggest problem is that no more English in teaching science and math in high school! I really really can't accept this! Well, I'm now studying uni so this doen't affect me but the future of the children is the largest concern!
Think this yourself...You use English in uni wherever you study. The transition will be hard for the students if they've never had an experience of English in everyday learning...by the time you are in uni, it is 1000x harder to learn English than you learn during childhood!

You people said 6 years...English didn't bring any effects to the learning; conversely, had affected the learning of the national language...have you ever think why English teaching didn't bring any effect?
My sister was in Sec5 last year...She told me that the teachers, specifically Science and Math teachers didn't teach Sc and Math in English at all. The students in the class even said that their Bio teacher was LCD...Know why? Teacher didn't teach at all, they were only taught through LCD. When some students asked question (in English), the teachers actually answered them in bahasa. Not only my sister, my brother also faced the same problem (they were in different school). I also heard some complaints from my friends...
I really think this English teaching system were failed due to lack of teacher training! This is so obvious ok! The teachers were used to teach in bahasa since years ago so they don't have any idea to teach in English (maybe)...
Six years ago...this decision of using English to teach Sc and Math was too hurried...did not have any trained teacher and started immediately...Also people have no persistence...you think this is so unsuccessful so you terminate it right away...
Enough saying...or I'll be considered as involving in some kind of 'objection' activity...
However, I really wish you people can reconsider it. Think of the long term benefits not only the short term failure...

It made me think of you again...

Now only I realized how good our lives are...
We'd never been hard since young...Never knew how hard you worked to make our lives better...
We'd never seen how much effort you had put in both your family and career...
I began to realize things that I've never realized before since you left...
I found myself become more grown up, not physically but mentally. I thought I'm forced to grow up...but I think I was wrong...I'm not forced to...I'm just have to! I must!
Went to the new factory with uncle and family after having breakfast.
Been there once with you when it was still empty...
Today...everything have been moved from old factory to there...
Looking at the design of the factory...the office...the different departments...the workers' dorm...the dogs...everything...I wonder if you see them...
From zero to the big new factory today...this was all your effort...you expanded them...without them, I won't be so 'big' today...
Recalling the days you told us how you built up your business and expanded them...Never thought of how hard you worked...
Recalling how you 'showed off' how big is the factory and how you planned to function it well...
When uncle showed us the CEO room...I almost cried...He said this room is yours...After so many years...I thought you can finally rest abit and finally you have your own CEO room...
However...this room is gonna be empty...will never see you sitting in the room...will never have the chance to see you putting on airs...
You used to be the most 'unlikely' boss...wore like the workers...moved the goods with the workers, people said you were a very hardworking worker, the person even gave you duit kopi...always came home with black oil oozing from the machines all over your body...
You didn't even have the chance to see your new factory's opening...Your effort...

I know we were just too willful...you always asked us to learn so we can succeed your business when you are old...but none of us thought of succeeding your business...
Maybe we are still very willful now...but...I will carry on your business...I won't allow anyone to ruin your efforts...I will watch over your business...
I know I have lots to learn...
I know I may not be the best...
But I promise you I want and will do the best!
Please watch over us...
